Wilson Electronics has upgraded their Wilson 801247 DT Desktop cell phone booster kit with a new interior antenna.  The previous antenna was about 8 inches long and was connected to the amplifier.  This required the amplifier to be where ever the antenna was located.  Wilson removed this antenna and replaced it with the Wilson 301208 desktop antenna.  The desktop antenna is smaller and has about 5 feet of coax attached to it so the amplifier can be tucked away somewhere and the desktop antenna can be placed on a desk or shelf.

This antenna upgrade is a nice improvement and should make the Wilson 801247 DT a much better product.
