Powerful Signal decided to test the CradlePoint MBR1000 and see how it realy worked.  We were surprised.  We are an e-commerce company so connectivity to the Internet is very important.  If our main Internet line goes down we have a backup, but we have to switch it over manualy.  The CradlePoint MBR1000 has failover built directly into it as a standard feature.

This is a perfect router for a business like ours that depends on the Internet.  It has has the ability to put multiple cellular aircards in the router.  For example I could have a Sprint, Verizon and AT&T aircard in the router along with a highspeed DSL line.  If the DSL line fails then the failover would go to the aircard that I selected.  You can set the priority of the aircards and the router will go down the list in your prioritized order.

I am very impressed with this router and the failover technology that it provides.  Our office now uses it as our main router in case our main line goes down.  The system has been used a few times so far and has worked great.  If you have a business that depends upon Internet and connectivity, take a look at the Cradlepoint MBR1000.
